Last night I had a terrible need for buffalo wings and I ordered them from Nino’s. They were extremely oily, and salty but I really wanted to eat all of them. I’m going to throw the rest out, maybe half and just say I did what the experts say to do, gave in to a craving. I don’t think I spend enough time doing the things that are important everyday like putting quantities in my food journal and reading the te toa ching and Fit from Within. I’ve got to make time just like reading my email everyday. It is me time instead of anything else and I deserve it.
